SEB Bank required a navigation system for their customer service department that was already operational. The original fit-out had not accounted for wayfinding, resulting in customer confusion and inefficient space utilization. Installing navigation in a functioning facility presented several challenges. Operations could not be disrupted, and the existing architectural layout imposed significant limitations. The solution had to work within these fixed parameters while managing complex customer flows effectively.
We developed a modular signage system that integrated into the existing infrastructure without requiring structural modifications. Rather than treating navigation as a separate element, we embedded SEB's brand identity directly into the wayfinding components. This dual-purpose approach created functional navigation while reinforcing brand consistency throughout the space. The solution utilized high-grade materials designed for high-traffic commercial environments while maintaining SEB's premium positioning. The navigation system delivered measurable improvements in operational efficiency by reducing customer confusion and decreasing staff time spent on directions.
